An initiative is underway to improve the free Soil Health Assessment Protocol and Evaluation (SHAPE) online tool and make it more user-friendly. The SHAPE team is working with farmers and landowners to collect soil samples and information about management practices, which will provide more detailed and localized soil health analysis and management recommendations.
